MISSION STATEMENT:

The Art Club is an organization of those that are passionate leaders in Art Production, Art Criticism or Art Aesthetics. Chiefly comprised of the Art III class, expectations are to be self-initiating in community involvement, competitions, portfolio experiences and fundraisers.

The Art Club believes that Art Production, Criticism and Aesthetics are important in our society today.

The Art Club focuses on building strengths in the following:
1. Personal Student Portfolio (Artistic Contribution or Management Skills)
2. Support of the Arts through Participation (Membership and Participation)
3. Create and Maintain Friendships and Teamwork (Arts Alive!)
4. Explore Specialized Applications of Art, (i.e. photography, photoshop, etc.)
5. Practical & Pre-Professional Contribution Efforts (Fundraisers, scholarships, artists, excursions, etc.)
